Hon. Carolyn W. Partridge
Carolyn W. Partridge of Windham, Windham County, served in the Vermont General Assembly for 24 years (1999-2023) before deciding to run for Assistant Judge in 2022. She is a self-employed farmer and seamstress. She was educated at Westfield High School, Westfield, New Jersey and New York University, New York (bachelor’s degree in oceanography). She is married to Alan, and they have three sons, two granddaughters and one grandson. Carolyn raises sheep, shears the fiber, and has it spun into yarn by the Green Mountain Spinnery. She dyes the yarn, as well as wool fiber, and markets it at the Maryland and New York Sheep and Wool Festivals (as well as online) to knitters, spinners, and felters.
